BCBA

Are you a BCBA who loves working with children with autism and is passionate about making a lasting impact? Life We Deserve is not your typical ABA service provider. We are committed to redefining the BCBA experience by prioritizing support, growth, and the well-being of both our clients and our team.

What Sets Us Apart:

  • Support Over Billable Hours:We understand that quality ABA requires dedication, not clock-watching. Instead of imposing billable hours, we collaborate with our BCBAs to determine a balanced workload based on their clinical background and experiences.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Our focus is on the growth and well-being of the individuals we serve. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children with autism through your hard work, dedication, and analytical skills.

  • Comprehensive Early Intervention:We are dedicated to comprehensive early intervention in inclusive settings. We strongly believe in the impact of early intervention and provide ABA services not only in our clinic but also in local preschools. Our clients have transitioned to general education classrooms after a few years of service.

  • Professional Development:We offer continuous training opportunities, including weekly meetings with our Clinical Director, attendance at conferences such as the Verbal Behavior Conference and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, and access to LWD-wide programs designed to enhance your skills.

  • Smooth Transition to New Cases:As part of our commitment to quality, new BCBA hires will undergo a two-month shadowing period before taking over cases. This ensures a seamless transition and allows you to familiarize yourself with our unique approach and the specific needs of the clients.

  • Inclusive and Supportive Culture: Our RBTs are the best of the best, implementing exceptional teaching strategies such as DTI and errorless teaching. As a BCBA, having a strong and consistent team is crucial, and we understand its importance. You'll work with amazing people who truly care about the clients and the field.

  • Career Growth Opportunities: We offer defined career growth paths, including roles such as BCBA, Junior BCBA, Senior BCBA, and opportunities to progress to a clinical director position.

  • Preschool ABA Services: Our evidence-based practice focuses on an inclusive setting, allowing our clients to access model peers and a natural environment. We work on crucial skills like group participation, following classroom routines, and, most importantly, playing with peers.

BCBA Role:
As a BCBA at Life We Deserve, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with a passionate team to develop and implement client-centered ABA programs in the clinic and schools.

  • Prioritize the growth and well-being of children with autism and their families.

BCBA Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a valid VA license.

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

  • Passion for making a difference through hard work and analysis.
